Grace Scott

Meet Your Yoga Teacher, Nurse Grace

My name is Grace Scott - I am a nurse who developed depression, anxiety and PTSD while working at a hospital during the Covid-19 pandemic.

During my darkest times I turned to yoga to help my mental health.

Now I get to help others do the same.

“Together we were able to release some deep-seated emotions trapped within my muscles, and there have been many tools that I can continue to use on my own. I am thankful for Grace’s deep knowledge and commitment to her clients and highly recommend taking private yoga lessons with her.”
