YOGA WITH NURSE GRACE
I am Grace Scott, a trauma-informed yoga teacher, registered nurse, and Psychiatric Mental Health nurse Practitioner in training. I’m passionate about helping people heal their trauma, reconnect with their bodies, and feel grounded, peaceful, and safe again.
My sessions blend therapeutic yoga, breathwork, gentle movement, sound healing, and mindfulness practices to support the nervous system. I believe that healing occurs when we combine mind-body tools with compassionate presence, so I also focus on holding space, listening deeply, and honoring each person’s unique lived experience.
I am certified in trauma-informed yoga and Yin yoga, and my clinical training in mental health informs the safety and intention behind each session.
I am also a mother to a teenage daughter, a wife, a caregiver for my mom, and a breast cancer survivor. These roles have deepened my empathy and shaped the grounded, heart-centered way I show up for others.
If you are seeking a safe space to breathe, process trauma, reconnect with your body, and feel supported on your healing journey, I am here to guide you with warmth, presence, and compassion.
You deserve to feel whole, regulated, and at home within yourself.
